LEVOLEAGUE published an interview of one of their members (if you are not part of it yet, just do it here!) I found the interview of Caroline (Birchbox) very interesting.
Her answers really pleased me (specially when I discovered her Style Icon), so here it is, my version of that interview!
At the end, I think this kind of interview helps you to identify quite easily which kind of girl you are and position yourself into your life.
Let’s start!

Education: Iscom Paris. I graduated from the Communication Superior Institute and get my Master in Global Communication.

How I ended up at my current position: A colleague from my 1st work experience at the Publicis advertising agency in Paris called me to launch the Marketing online department of this start-up.

Typical workday routine: Going for a run for 20’ to get my energy for workday, showering, drinking my smoothie. Second step: walk 20’ to reach the office and take my cappuccino while reading my Email.
Have you always been an avid user of beauty products? Not really. I use the basic and neutral tons. What I always have with me is a red lipstick and perfume.
Favorite part of your job: Have the possibility to learn a new language like Italian and being absorbed by this new culture! I feel lucky to improve my behavior at work: changing some of my French rigidness into a very italian positive attitude at work.

Beauty product(s) you swear by: Guerlain Terracotta, Clarins Eau lactée, Lancôme Mascara Hypnôse and the “Rouge in Love” Lancôme Lipsticks.
Favorite makeup bag/organizer: A small red pochette found in Dubai, I like the messy effect of my make up staff.

Morning beauty/makeup routine: I applied the Caudalie products (detergent and cream), then the Terracotta blush, eye-liner and mascara.
The first makeup you ever purchased: The Hypnôse Lancôme mascara, I was 16… Travelling in Madrid with my oldest friend. This is why I am still using now!
Favorite beauty/makeup blog or website: Lancôme. Well, I am not such a big reader of this type of sites.
Free time activities: taking a coffee with a magazine on a sunny terrasse. I could stay hours!
Do you cook or bake? If so, what is a favourite recipe? I am a new cooker! I have friends teaching me how to, and I love that easy cakes: far Breton, quiches, pâtisseries…

My mentor: I used to have one when I was younger she was my internship tutor. I loved her energy and her passion for work.
In 10 years…: I would love to open my beach Villa d’Hôtes, where coaches would help professionals to (re) orientate their career or making the right break.
Career wisdom for young professional women: Trust your instincts. If you think you are at the wrong place. Leave it.
I use myself the quote of Estée Lauder: “I never dreamed for success, I worked for it”. Doesn’t it say it all?
