Time of change…

I left Paris for a while and am now discovering some magical instants in ROMA, the Eternal Città. The colors are gorgeous and it makes you remember how smart and inspired they were… before! My favorite places now? The Villa Borghese, Campo Marzio and Janicolo. 

I now understand why Annick Goutal made a perfume called “Eau d’Hadrien“… Such an awesome Italian Emperor!

Merci mon travail chéri! Grâce à toi, je voyage à travers l’Europe, grâce à toi je découvre de nouvelles villes magnifiques, grâce à toi mon estomac profite des spécialités locales, et grâce à toi mon compte en banque se vide… Bah ouai, tout n’est pas parfait - çà n’existe pas !

Une après-midi de libre et me voilà, à marcher dans cette ville chargée d’histoire à découvrir les somptueux monuments qui l’habitent, à manger une de ces pizzas qui - 2 semaines plus tard - vous marque à jamais… ? !

Le plus mémorable est de revenir avec l’anecdote du pourquoi la pizza Margarita s’appelle comme çà… Pour la faire courte : elle est normalement composée de 3 ingrédients. La mozzarella, le basilic et la tomate… soit le blanc, le vert et la tomate : 3 couleurs qui représentent l’Italie et a été inventé à l’occasion de la visite de la duchesse Marguerite D’Autriche pour lui souhaiter la bienvenue.

I got the chance to get a half day to walk in this City… I know it is short, but it is still nice to see such nice monuments and enjoy a perfect dinner (thank you so much Julie!)

The best is to have discover the story of the pizza’s name Pizza Margarita. It has 3 ingredients: Mozzarella, Basilic and Tomato, which stand for the Italian’s colors. It has made to welcome the Duchesse Marguerite from Austria.
